Who you are contracting with

What we supply

A subscription to TrustRounds provides, for each publishing cycle: a curated briefing of signals extracted from NHS trusts’ published board papers, and the full structured feed of that cycle’s signals as a spreadsheet, both delivered by email. Coverage is stated on our coverage page and changes as we add trusts; we do not promise national coverage and we publish the real figure.

Signals are extracts from documents the publishing organisation has itself made public. Our method and its measured accuracy are described on the methodology page. We take care to be accurate and we publish our precision testing, but board papers record intentions that organisations are free to change; a signal is a record of what a document said, not a guarantee of what will happen. You remain responsible for your own commercial decisions.

Price, payment and cancellation

The subscription is £199 per month, taken by card through Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or hold your card details. Payment recurs monthly until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time, from any Stripe receipt or by emailing us — we will action it the same working day. Cancellation stops the next payment; the cycle you have paid for is still delivered. If a cycle we have charged you for is not delivered, tell us and we will refund that cycle in full. We do not otherwise refund part-used periods.

We may change the price with at least 30 days’ notice by email; if you don’t want the new price, cancel before it takes effect.

What you may do with the data

Your subscription is for use within your organisation, including by colleagues, for your own business purposes — research, bid qualification, market analysis. You may quote and cite individual signals externally with attribution. You may not resell, redistribute or republish the feed as a dataset, or use it to build a competing product.

Underlying board papers remain the property of the publishing organisations and are subject to their own terms; where they are published under the Open Government Licence v3.0 that licence applies. We link to originals rather than re-hosting them.

Availability and liability

We follow each board’s own publishing rhythm, so the volume of signals in a cycle varies with what boards actually publish. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost opportunities.

This is a business-to-business service. If you are a consumer rather than a business, tell us before subscribing.

Data protection and law

How we handle your personal data is set out in our privacy notice. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
