Privacy notice

TrustRounds (“we”) is an independent research service for commercial suppliers. This notice covers the personal data we handle and why.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you request the free Board Signals briefing (basis: consent) or subscribe to the paid feed (basis: contract).
• Payment details are handled by Stripe, our payment processor — card numbers never touch our systems. Stripe’s privacy notice applies to the checkout.

What we do with it

We use your email to send the briefing and, for subscribers, the monthly feed and service messages. Nothing else: no resale, no sharing beyond the service providers who deliver the product (Stripe for payments; our email delivery provider for sends), no advertising.

Retention and your rights

We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it. Every briefing includes an unsubscribe route, and you can exercise any data right — access, correction, deletion — by emailing hello@trustrounds.co.uk. We respond within one month.

What we don’t do

The intelligence in the product is about NHS organisations, drawn from documents they publish; it is not about individuals. We do not track you across other sites and this website sets no advertising cookies.
